Welcome to our first news post!

What a busy couple of weeks it”s been at the DIY Guitars office to get things up and running smoothly! we”ve been; taking photo”s in our mini studio, organising new freight suppliers (this should make shipping charges much more affordable in the near future), looking in to new guitar kit styles (we will soon be stocking bass kits, and left handed guitar kits, along with more right handed guitar kit styles) we”d like to stock, luthier components (wood for bodies, standalone necks and more), and much much more!

We”ve also kicked off our first competition! Once we hit 250 likes on our Facebook page, we”ll be giving away an STP-10 guitar kit and accessories to the major prize winner, and some accessory packs to five runners up, get liking today! online slots Facebook is where we will announce new features and products to the website, as well as the news articles here. Speaking of competitions, we”re looking to begin running a “Guitar of the month” regular competition, which will award the winner a cool minor prize such as guitars strings, pick packs, etc. and a “Guitar of the year” competition, which should award something a little more elaborate for your efforts!

Along with looking for new couriers to transport our goods safely to our customers, we”re looking to be open up ordering to New Zealand customers so they can also get their hands on our great guitar kits! So keep an eye out for that one over the coming months.

We are currently in the process of filming some build video”s for our guitars, and are looking to get some guitar finishing video”s finished over the next few months. We have written instructions ready to go, which will be emailed out with each purchase (these include details for both the build and tips for the finishing components).
