Here at DIY Guitars, we want you to be happy with your product and will do all we can to achieve that.

If a part is DOA or faulty we will do our best to either fix it or get a new one out to you, the old one should be returned to us in the condition you received it.

If a Guitar Kit or parts are found to be damaged or faulty once you receive it we’ll give you our return details and if it’s found to be faulty or damaged we’ll ship you a new kit and pay for your return postage, however the item must be in the condition and packaging of which you received it. Please note, you have 7 days after receiving the product to notify us of any damage. For change of mind we allow 14 days after receiving the item to contact us, the product must be in original condition (no marks, no stains or any assembly) and postage will be paid for by the customer.
